These terms apply to the JARA AI website and the internal JARA Sales Intelligence application. Use of these services is subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The sales application is intended for authorized business research and outreach management. Users must use information lawfully, respect applicable privacy and communication requirements, and avoid deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Business information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users must verify contact details, ownership, location counts, and service needs before relying on them. Service suggestions do not establish a confirmed need, purchasing interest, or guaranteed sales opportunity.

Features using Google Maps Platform are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated here by reference: https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/

Google's Privacy Policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google-provided information remains subject to applicable usage and attribution requirements. Users must not remove required attribution or use Google content outside permitted terms.

Users are responsible for their communications, verification decisions, and recorded activities. Finding or saving a business does not mean that outreach has occurred or that the business has consented to contact. The current application records research and activities; it does not automatically send outreach.

JARA AI retains rights in its branding and original application materials. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Research tools and external services may be unavailable or change. Website content and research suggestions do not guarantee commercial results. Purchased services are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
